How It Works
We’ll have an initial 60-minute Telephone/Zoom/FaceTime to get an understanding of your project.
We will do a virtual site-walkthrough as part of this initial call (on-site visits can be arranged).
I’ll ask and answer many questions, think out loud with you, sketch for you and propose solutions.
In the next days, at my studio I’ll sketch more and create finalized schemes that I’ll email to you.

If you decide to not use us for the rest of the way, you will have a high-level, third party plan to utilize without the hassle of doing the feasibility and cost analysis. Either way, you’re on your way!

Barry is a licensed Architect, based in New York City. He launched b.wood Architects in 1999 and has been designing, developing and building ever since.
Simultaneously, he has been on-screen TV talent, hosting home design television shows, presenting lectures, speaking at conventions and providing consultations. He is well versed at every phase of design and construction and provides valuable strategic thinking for project planning and execution.
Barry is approachable and personable and will work one-on-one with you. Your work is never handed off to junior-level architects.
